Play with dolphins while floating in the cove!

Program Contents
Wearing a wetsuit, float in the cove and interact with dolphins up close
- Open period
- All year (excluding holidays)
- Start time
- 9:30 am / 1:00 pm (Meeting time is 30 minutes prior to the start of the tour.)

- 1 hour and 30 minutes (including changing and lecture time)
Time in the water: 20-25 minutes
- Capacity
- Up to 8 persons at a time
- Age Limitations
- 1st grade elementary school students and above.
*However, we recommend that younger children be accompanied by a parent or guardian

- Swimsuit, towel (rental available for a fee)
- Waterproof cameras are allowed.
*We will not be responsible for any damage to data or the main body of the camera due to submersion in water, or for loss of the camera if it is dropped into the water during the program. Please bring your own camera at your own risk.

- Changing rooms, hot showers, and lockers are available.
- Children under 3rd grade can enjoy it more with an adult.
- Non-attending guests are not allowed to enter the dolphin house and will be able to view and photograph the dolphins from a nearby pier.
For customers who bring their own equipment
You may bring your own equipment.
Dolphins may playfully chew on the equipment, or the equipment may get caught on rocks or other objects, which may result in damage to the equipment. Please understand that we will not be responsible for any damage to equipment in such cases.
- Wetsuits Only full suits with a minimum thickness of 5mm may be used.
*Light wetsuits (3mm), seagulls, rash guards, etc. are not allowed as dolphins may bite during playful behavior.
- Life jackets that are inflated with air can't be used.
- Marine shoes with designs that have holes or mesh material can't be used.
- If the heel of the fins protrudes too far, such as strap fins or fins for body boats, marine shoes are required.

Precautions
- Dolphins may bite, peck, kick, etc. as part of their playful behavior.
- Please be sure to consult with us once if you have a disability.
- Pregnant women, people with hearing impairments, people who have difficulty walking, and people who cannot follow staff instructions are not allowed to participate.
- This program doesn't use any bait. There is also no signing or other such activities. Since the dolphins are in their natural habitat, there may be times when the dolphins are not in close proximity and cannot be touched at all. Please understand that no refunds will be made in such cases.
