This program allows you to enter the water with seals and observe them swimming in the water!
*You cannot touch the seals

Program Contents

Wetsuits, marine shoes, masks, snorkels, and gloves are required for underwater seal watching.

From October to New Year's opening
Start Time
11:00 am / 3:00 pm
(Reception desk opens 30 minutes before the start time.)
The time required
Approx. 1 hour and 30 minutes (including changing and lecture time)
Time in the water: 20-25 minutes
Capacity
Up to 3 persons at a time
Age Limitation
4th grade elementary school students and above
*If a minor participates, a parent or guardian must sign a consent form.
Need
  • Swimsuit, towel (rental available for a fee)
  • Waterproof cameras are allowed. (please make sure to attach a strap to your wrist to prevent seals from accidentally swallowing your camera)
    *However, we will not be responsible for any damage to data or the camera body due to submersion in water, or for loss of the camera if it is dropped into the water during the program. Please bring your own equipment at your own risk.

  • Changing rooms, hot showers, and lockers are available.

For customers who bring their own equipment

You may bring your own equipment.
Please note that the rental fee is included in the price of the program, so there will be no reduction in price if you bring your own equipment. Please note that there is a possibility that equipment may be damaged or broken if it gets caught on rocks or other surfaces. Please understand that we will not be responsible for any damage to your equipment in such cases.
Please use rental equipment if you are not able to use the equipment or if you are concerned about equipment damage.

Cancellation Policy

2 days before 50% of play/experience fee
1 day before 80% of play/experience fee
On the day of the event 100% of the play/experience fee
No-show cancellation 100% of the play/experience fee

Reservations

Reservations can be made on the website two months prior to the planned date of use. Payment must be made by Visa or MASTER card for online reservations. Please check FAQ page if you have quetions. Please contact us for other inquiries.
